How do I get the tickets?
We recommend reserving tickets online. Tickets at the door are subject to availability if we have not reached our maximum capacity.

What are your hours of operation?
We are currently open from 12 noon – 7pm Tuesday – Thursday and Friday and Saturday 12 noon – 9:00 pm. Check out our social media pages for updates , events, and changes to operating hours.
We are also available for after hour events and functions.

Are food and beverages allowed inside?
We ask that you finish all food and beverages before entering. You may only bring food if you are having an event or party.
Are there discounts for large groups?
Yes! We do offer discounts for groups of 10 or more. Please call us in advance at (912) 515-7022 to ensure we are able to accommodate your group.
Do you have a private party room?
Yes! We have a private room for parties.
Are you wheelchair accessible?

Can we bring our pets?
Pets are welcome on special advertised pet days.
Pet days are listed on our calendar. We do not have breed restrictions, however pets are limited to 50 pounds. Admission is limited to 1 Pet per Adult.

Are walk-ins welcome?
Walk-ins are welcome, however we do not guarantee entry if we are at our maximum capacity.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.
What if I want to bring my children and I’m not going to take any pictures, do I still have to buy a ticket?
Yes you do. Everyone has to pay admission to get inside Explore Your Selfie regardless if they take 0 photos or many.
Do I have to stay with my kid or can I leave them?
Children 13 years and older may be left. Children under 13 years of age must have a parent with them at all times. For every 3 kids 1 adult is required to supervise.
ARE YOU KID FRIENDLY?
Absolutely! We are a family and kid friendly venue Kids under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. At least 1 adult is required for every 3 children.
What should I bring with me?
You may bring in your phone or camera and clothes to change into. Please leave bulky items in your car.
What’s your cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule for a different date/time at no charge.
Can I bring my professional camera?
Absolutely! Please do not bring your extra photography equipment.
Are ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed?
No Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the museum
What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you should need to reschedule your appointment please call us at (912)515-7022 to do so. Please note you can only reschedule once.
If I miss my appointment can I get a refund?
Unfortunately Explore Your Selfie does not issue refunds for missed appointments, but you are able to reschedule one time.
Can I enter without a ticket if I don’t plan on taking pictures ?
Only individuals with an admission ticket can enter the museum.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your time slot. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. If you miss your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid.
